Since the pandemic, we have not been able to perform so I've turned to 
Social Media and my aim is to give you an insiders/back stage view to our secret little world.

April 30th 2020 my channel was born! For years friends have been telling me its something I should do but from lack of time and fear of criticism, I always put the idea aside. But with the success of the LIVE training shows James and I host on Instagram, I finally had the confidence to try!
